Heart to Heart with God: A Journey Towards Acceptance Day 15

365 Days of Reflection Towards God’s Love and Acceptance
~June 4, 2014-June 3, 2015~

Day 15-West Palm Beach, Florida:

Prayer can have some miraculous results, especially when you least expect it or when you need it most. There are days where we forget all about prayer and there are other days where we are always offering up to the Lord our thoughts all day long. Having the consistency is a focus that we should have as we continue to walk with God. Even if our prayers are only for five minutes in the morning, before bed, or during the day God is always listening to us.

When we take the time to pray we are connected with our Father in a significant way. There are words we say in our thoughts that are in the form of a prayer. There are many ways to receive God’s blessing and to communicate effectively with God. You can kneel and pray as you ask for forgiveness, talk to your priest or pastor, or stop during your day for a few minutes to reflect on the blessings in your life.
We have an abundance of things to be grateful for in our lives.

Through the power of prayer we are having a direct conversation with God. This is such a wonderful feeling and when we see the miracles in our lives we are that much closer to God by confessing our sins to Jesus. Through prayer our sins are forgiven and doors in our lives are opened everyday. Praying for others is especially important and when you put others needs before your needs you are blessed beyond comprehension.
