Heart to Heart with God: A Journey Towards Acceptance Day 2

365 Days of Reflection Towards God’s Love and Acceptance
~June 4, 2014-June 3, 2015~

Day 2-Richmond, Virginia:

There can be many days filled with doubt along the road that lies ahead. This journey that we are all on towards a life of peace and love in heaven is determined by our ability to maintain our faith consistently. During this adventure of life we have many uneasy days and restless nights as we ponder as a civilization what happens in life after death.

Is God real? Will we really go to heaven or hell? These questions are a reality of thoughts that run through our minds regardless of the culture or diverse background that we all come from. God is for everyone and these questions are not specific for one group of people. We are all created in his image, in the Image of God. Everyone has their own distinct belief and respecting others beliefs are equally as important as defining your own faith.

The key to the kingdom of God is repenting for your sins and treating others with love. When you practice the golden rule or put down a stone because you know you have your own faults you are living a holy life. Is it like that every day for everyone, probably not, but knowing the difference in your actions is where the Holy Spirit comes into your life to guide you moving forward.
