Heart to Heart with God: A Journey Towards Acceptance Day 39

365 Days of Reflection Towards God’s Love and Acceptance
~June 4, 2014-June 3, 2015~

Day 39-West Palm Beach, Florida:

Since Jesus’s death and resurrection over 2000 years ago, many things have changed around the world. Over that time many cultures have evolved, empires have risen and fallen, and religions wars have taken place. Through it all God has remained the one constant that has not changed. He has endured the test of time and Christianity is alive and well in spite of the efforts of some groups around the world who question the realism of God in this world and the next.

It says in the Bible that if anyone destroys God’s temple that they will also be destroyed. The Temple of God is within us and anyone who tries to hurt or interfere with our relationship with God will have to answer for his or her actions with our Father. What it ultimately means is that our lives are very valuable to our Father in Heaven. He is constantly working to protect us every day and along our journey he places people in our lives for a specific reason that aid us in our quest to be accepted by Jesus. There is always a point to every circumstance that we go through, with God leading the way.

We are all made in God’s image and are also a true reflection of Christ who dwells within us. We must protect not only our own Temple of God, but also the Temple of God in every person we encounter. We are all sacred in Gods eyes and it is our duty to ensure that others receive the Word of God in order for them to build their own relationship with God. We are all living within a community of Gods Temple and the reach of our body of work as a collective group is for God’s glory. With God by our side the scope of our work is limitless, we just have to have the faith to endure forever.
