Heart to Heart with God: A Journey Towards Acceptance Day 41

365 Days of Reflection Towards God’s Love and Acceptance
~June 4, 2014-June 3, 2015~

Day 41-Fort Lauderdale, Florida:

Where does our strength come from during our times of need? Does it originate from an external or internal source? During difficulties and periods of our lives where we are desperate, we latch onto anything that we can in order to be able to endure or survive physically and emotionally. What if our struggles did not have to be so difficult? What if we had a direct support channel that could lead us to our destination in every circumstance? Would we accept the help or would we turn our back to try to fix things our way?

We do have a strength within us that is so powerful that nothing in this world can stop it once it begins. The way that this strength is activated is by calling upon the Lord with complete trust and faith that no matter what we will not perish. For, “the Lord prepares a table before us in the presence of our enemies; anoints our heads with oil; which causes our cups to overflow”, from Psalm. WOW. The “Power” in calling about our God and Father is literally unstoppable, because God’s strength is infinite.

When we allow the Lord to work in our lives, we are guaranteed a life full of happiness. Sure, there will be times of grief and pain, because the world is filled with many letdowns and times of complete feelings of abandonment when things do not go our way. However, God never leaves our side, because he knows when to intercede and when not too. The joy is in that feeling that overtakes us when God lays his blanket of Love within and all around us. With God all things are possible and when you have the strength of a mustard seed you will fly like an Eagle in the sky.
