Heart to Heart with God: A Journey Towards Acceptance Day 45

365 Days of Reflection Towards God’s Love and Acceptance
~June 4, 2014-June 3, 2015~

Day 45-West Palm Beach, Florida:

When you take a leap of faith you have no idea the destination and you are putting your complete trust in God. The loneliest periods of our lives are when we are walking with our Father, from a human interaction perspective. People on Earth may or may not have the level of faith that we have as we jump off the limb towards a destination unknown. You really find out who your friends are during these periods of your life.

Just because you have the vision or the knowledge from God to lead you in the right direction does not mean others, such as your closest family and friends do. When you put your trust in God amazing things begin to happen in your life, and things that seemed so important before seem to vanish. It truly is a long winding road on this adventure of a life with Jesus at the heart of every situation we encounter. The bottom line is that life is extremely difficult, but with God all things are possible.

When we make decisions that are unfavorable people may not understand at first, but over time if we talked to God about this decision it will all work out in the end like it always does. God takes us places we never thought imaginable and day-by-day we learn a little more about family, life, our priorities, and ourselves. We must trust God!

This is the most important element, because if we do not trust God we will not reach our destination and we will fall short of the Glory of God. We must open our ears and listen to the Message from God. We must also open our hearts to receive the Holy Spirit in order to be filled with the hope of a better tomorrow as we travel down the lonely road that leads us to Heaven above.
