Day 91-Swissvale, Pennsylvania: Turn the Page in Your Life

There comes a point in our lives where the rubber meets the road and we cry out for God to save us. When will this day come? Is it coming today, did we already have that day recently, or is our breaking point getting closer and closer? A human can only take so much before we either break or we turn it over to God for him to save us. Are we drowning most days or we just coping for that future event that will forever change our lives on way or the other?

We are all struggling through life in our own unique way and God is the only one who truly understands. Without God where would we be? Would we be serving the devil or would we be alone without anyone to talk to. Isolation and loneliness has the ability to consume us and also either brings us closer to God or pushes us further away. In order to completely turn the page in our lives as we reject the devil and all of his empty promises, we need God in our hearts to break free from the chains of our past. God cannot and will not be stopped from releasing us from a pathway that will lead us to the depths of hell, if we do not repent.

The old saying is that, “momma said there would be days like this”. We all get knocked down and how we get back up is the only thing that matters. Do we get up through rebellion and hate or do we get up with love and forgiveness? The choice is solely ours to make. We can trust God to shape our lives or we can be a non-believer and put our faith in a false god. The only way once we hit rock bottom is up. Our lives are what we make it. We have the power to take a negative and turn it into a positive with Jesus in our lives. Today is a new opportunity to grow, rebuild, and shape our future success by trusting God with absolute zest.
