365 Days of Reflection Towards God’s Love and Acceptance
~June 4, 2014-June 3, 2015

Day 163- Richmond, Virginia: We Are

We are the light of the world that shines from within our souls. We are the hope that comes from having absolute faith. We are the chosen people of God who understand, love, and are redeemed through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. We are allowed to make mistakes and ask God for forgiveness. We are the reason why evil will never conquer the goodness of the world. We are the ones who have the responsibility of passing on the Wisdom of God onto the next generation.

What will we do when we are given so much accountability over not only our lives, but also the lives of the entire world that are now blind if they have not been saved in the name of Jesus Christ? God is not only our Good Shepherd, but He is also the fuel to our engine. He is the wind beneath our wings and He is the rock of our salvation. We are saved through Jesus and we are resurrected thorough our Father in Heaven who sent His only son to die on the cross for our sins.

We are the one’s who must accept the truth. We are the ones who have to realize the importance of the lives we lead in Christ Jesus. We are the one who must listen to the Holy Spirit when He speaks to us through our heart. We are the ones who have to take action. We are the ones who must profess our faith on the highest mountain and at the lowest level of the seas. We are the offspring from the Lamb of God. We are the ones charged with using our gifts for the Glory of God. From Romans:

“For not one of us lives for himself, and not one dies for himself; for if we live, we live for the Lord, or if we die, we die for the Lord; therefore whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s”. Amen.
